墨爾本 Melbourne：The Elysian Whisky Bar

The Elysian Whisky Bar 於2016年12月中才在澳洲墨爾本Fitzroy的Brunswick Street新開業，由Whisky and Alement的Bar Bar White Oak popup的bartenders Yao Wong及Kelvin Low聯手處理，希望把日本威士忌酒吧文化帶到澳洲。

跟其他墨爾本威士忌酒吧佈置很不同，別的都關上門，外邊無法偷看內𥚃的情況，而The Elysian Whisky Bar 卻選譯以開放佈置風格，就算只是於Brunswick Street路過這威士忌酒吧，完全清楚看到內𥚃所有，就好似間cafe咖啡店，而坐在內𥚃也因為這種開揚而感覺安全舒服。

當踏入酒吧必定給酒櫃上的whisky種類所吸引，新開業便以提供300多種來自世界各地的rare whiskies，以及independent bottlings的威士忌，包括 The Whisky Agency, Sansibar, Acorn, Three Rivers, Gordon & Macphail, Signatory, Cadenheads, Jack Wieber, Eiling Lim等等，如果希望作whisky tasting，酒吧還提供half dram，價錢就是酒樽所列價格的一半，這絕對可以讓你多試幾隻特別的Whisky。除了威士忌，The Elysian Whisky Bar還提供cocktails、wine和啤酒。
